If you are looking for a higher class of product, something made with love and care then Underground Cookie Club is your answer. We carry over 20 flavor varieties of ice cream sandwiches. That means we are crafting and baking over 40 different cookies/brownies & 20 different specialty made ice creams just for our sandwiches. Every ice cream sandwich is then measured, cut and packaged by hand in our local shop.
While being mobile is our specialty, we primarily attend events, festivals & private gathers. We are vastly different from what you will find patrolling neighborhoods. Soon as you have your first bite you will agree. Let us bring our many ice cream sandwiches and amazing desserts to you for your event. We will definitely make your event something to remember and have your guests talking.

Dessert Truck - Everything from our Dessert Truck is made & packaged in our local shop. As always we strive to keep our full menu of 24 flavors of ice cream sandwiches in stock for every event. Through the course of the summer some varieties may be temporarily out of stock. If you have specific requests for your event please mention that at the time of booking. We also carry with us any limited edition flavors as well as a selection of Vegan/ Dairy-Free & Gluten Free options.
Pricing for catering is $6 per person
Minimum of 100 sandwiches/people per event, per hour

Additional Pricing: There is a truck fee of $200 for bringing the dessert truck out for an event. This fee can increase due to distance, as we are based out of Grand Rapids, MI. If your event/party has 150 people or less a service window of 1 hour or less is all that is needed and will be based on schedule availability. Unlike most food trucks we can handle speed and efficiency, we are able to serve up to 500 people in an hour from our dessert truck. Groups above 150 we have a 2hr service window timeframe. We understand some events take longer than a 2hr serving window so we can book additional hours at $50/hr. We can have minimums that will vary based on attendance and type of event you are hosting.

Larger Sandwich Orders - If you have space you can simply order a large quantity of ice cream sandwiches for pick up. The further in advance you can give notice the better, however we have handled orders up to 400. All sandwiches ordered would still just be $6. Unfortunately we are not able to offer discount pricing on large orders. All of our sandwiches are made by hand and it takes several days to create each sandwich. If you are ordering more than 50 sandwiches feel free to message us, less than that you are welcome to just stop into our store and order right then.

Deposits are no longer required to secure dates & times for events with our dessert truck. Payment of our Truck fee ($200) is due upon booking and is non-refundable, this will secure your date and time. Then at the time of your event the only payments required are for items ordered.
